If you already have a DJ in mind, I can work with them. If your venue or planner has somebody they recommend, that is absolutely fine too. If you would rather I look after the DJ side and keep everything together, I can sort that out for you.
Overseas venues all work differently. I can liaise with your planner or venue about decks, PA, microphones, sound limits, power and setup, then decide what should be hired locally and what needs to travel with us.
Performance fees, flights, baggage, transfers, accommodation, equipment and the time away are considered together. I will explain the options clearly, including where changing the lineup or travel days could make the plan work better.

A flight is only one part of it. The country, route, baggage, accommodation, equipment, number of days and lineup can change the real cost significantly. A personal quote keeps it accurate and transparent.
No. I can work with the DJ you want or somebody your venue recommends. If you would rather I handle the DJ side as well, I can build that into the quote and keep everything joined up.
Yes. I can liaise directly about technical requirements, equipment hire, sound limits, access and the running order so you are not stuck translating every detail.
As early as you can. Destination dates need more moving parts than a UK booking, especially when several performers or multiple days are involved.
